We do not operate Mnemo Connect as a marketplace through which advertisers can purchase users' private contact lists.

Some privacy laws define "sale," "sharing," targeted advertising, or similar activities more broadly. Where Mnemo Connect engages in an activity falling within such a definition, legally required disclosures and choices will be provided.
